Adopt anchored plastic sheet as the lining material, install it in the pipeline to be repaired, and then make it fully contact with the pipe wall by inflation or water injection to restore its shape. The gap between the anchored plastic sheet and the pipe wall is filled by grouting, so that the anchored plastic sheet and the original pipeline are combined together. The new cavity structure layer formed with anchored plastic sheet and grouting material can greatly extend the service life of old pipelines.
The “Online Pipeline Technology of Constant Diameter Compression High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipe Insertion Repairing (O-Shape)”technology refers to that a series of special cleaning, detecting, hole-shrinkage and traction equipment and technologies are used for the modified HDPE pipes to be lined into the pipes that will be enhanced to form the composite pipe, with the one-time operation length of 1000 to 1500m. The novelty point of this technology is its circumferential uniform hole-shrinkage lining and recovery technology of modified HDPE and interference fit technology of original pipeline. With years’ improvement and development, this technology has reached international advanced requirements and can be widely applied for not only medium to high pressure long-distance pipelines with flowing mediums including crude oil, natural gas and mining fluids but also municipal draining and portable water pipelines with the purposes of pipeline trenchless reinforcement and anti-corrosion.
The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe used by the equal diameter compression HDPE pipe insertion repairing technology has the memory feature of recovering the original physical shape after deformation through special modification treatment. After the modified HDPE pipe of which the size is slightly larger than the internal diameter of the repaired pipeline undergoes multi-stage roller compression, the external diameter (according to the design requirement) of the HDPE pipe is temporarily reduced; the HDPE pipe with reduced diameter is inserted into the pretreated repaired pipeline through a tractor, 24 hours later, the HDPE pipe slowly recovers the original shape and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the repaired pipeline to form a steel-plastic composite pipe, thus fulfilling the aims of preventing corrosion and bearing pressure. The technology is particularly suitable for urban water supply & drainage, and repairing and transformation of all kinds of oil, gas and water pipelines in petrochemical industry, which can improve the pressure-bearing capacity of the original pipeline, prolong the service life of the original pipeline and greatly reduce subsequent maintenance workload.
After being shaped by U-shaped compression, it is pulled into the original pipeline and pressurized and rounded to bond with the inner wall of the original pipeline to form a composite pipeline to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion and pressure-bearing repair. The hose has a three-layer structure and can be wound by a roller. The inner lining distance can reach more than 3KM at a time, the pressure bearing capacity can reach 5MPA, and it can continuously traverse 5D elbows.
1. Excavate operation wells at both ends of the original pipeline.
2. The stainless steel is made into pipe sections that meet the size requirements, and thin-walled stainless steel is lined on the inner wall of the pipeline through different processes to form a sealed stainless steel protective layer.
3. Upgrade the original pipeline to a composite pipeline with stainless steel inner wall; restore the original design and use function of the pipeline.
CIPP resin curing lining and rehabilitation method, utilizes reinforced composite pipe with functions of osmosis prevention and anticorrosion as carrier. After the pipe is filled with epoxy polymer and synthetic resin, pipe is inserted into host pipeline by using dragging or rolling over methods. Because the composite pipe has very good flexibility property, with the help of pressure pipe will fit tightly to host pipeline no matter what internal condition of host pipeline is. Once the resin is cured a composite system with high integrity is created. This technology can be widely applied for municipal raining water, draining water pipelines with sectional damages, corrosion and leakages. This technology is also suitable for newly built draining water or electricity pipelines with joint problems and sectional damages.
The process of inner expansion ring method is to use special hydraulic equipment to apply pressure to the stainless-steel expansion ring, install and fix special high-strength sealing water stops on both sides of the interface, and make the installation pressure meet the requirements of pipeline operation. Establish a long-lasting and airtight soft connection at the joint to restore the original design pressure-bearing capacity of the pipeline and ensure the normal operation of the pipeline. Therefore, the use of this technology for repair can not only save a lot of money, but also the repair construction speed is fast, and the short-term benefits are significant.
